Products are non-refundable and only exchanged in the event an item is deemed faulty.
If an item is faulty, we require photographic evidence via WhatsApp or email within 24hours of parcel being delivered. If a replacement cannot be given then a refund will be processed. This only applies to in-stock pieces.
Custom Made Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items in the SALE category are ex-sample pieces therefore small stones may be missing.
Delivery charge is non-refundable.
cancelled orders are subject to 25% handling fee
Please note – We DO NOT offer free returns. Customer must pay for returning the package via Royal Mail by a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
