At NK Collection, each piece is crafted and curated with the utmost care.
We kindly ask that you review our policy before placing your order.
Exchanges & Refunds
• All purchases are non-refundable, with exchanges offered only in the rare event an item is confirmed to be faulty.
• Should this occur, please send clear photographic evidence via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of your parcel being delivered.
• If a replacement is not available, we will arrange a refund. This applies exclusively to in-stock designs.
Custom & Sale Items
• Custom-made pieces are specially created for you and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Sale items are final sale and non-exchangeable. Please note: pieces in our SALE category may be ex-display/sample items and could show minor imperfections, such as missing stones/beads.
Delivery & Cancellations
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
• Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing and order. Cancelled orders will incur a 25% handling fee due to administrative and preparation costs.
Returns Process
• We do not offer complimentary returns.
• Customers are responsible for return postage, which must be sent via a tracked Royal Mail service. Please retain your proof of postage for your records.
