📦 Shipping
UK Delivery
• Standard UK delivery is available at a flat rate of £6.
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery (fully insured)
• Delivery for ready-to-wear items usually takes 2–5 working days. If required sooner, please contact NK Collection directly.
• Bespoke orders are made to order and typically take 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. Please check with the team.
International Delivery
• We ship worldwide using secure, tracked, and insured services.
• Shipping costs are a flat rate of £25 for Royal Mail Tracked Shipping and £45 for services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and DPD are used.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and service used.
Delays
• While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

🔄 Returns
Bespoke & Custom Orders
• Bespoke and customised jewellery is made to your specifications and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless found to be faulty.
Ready-to-Wear Jewellery
• Non-returnable and non-refundable, unless found to be faulty.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.
• Once assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

• Refunds will only be issued once returned items are received and inspected.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty.

To return an item:
